We cannot live a life of wellness if we are not balanced. Everything in the Universe, including each one of us, is striving to find balance. We need exercise equally as much as we need sleep. We need community just as much as we need time alone. We need fun and adventure just as much as we need stability and groundedness. To live our best lives and be our best selves, we must be rounded, full, complete, and balanced.
